Community Supports for Adults

The Community Supports for Adults service is for individuals 19 years of age and older who are living with severe and recurrent mental illness (such as Schizophrenia, Bipolar Disorder or other psychotic disorders).  The team assists clients in developing and maintaining a satisfying quality of life in the community.  They work directly with clients to help manage daily living problems such as housing, work, social life, and money issues. The focus is on safety, hope, support, and recovery.
